Setup methods:
first of all, we have to placed the brown and the white sugar in the specific amount of water. Then stir the sugar with the water until it melts all together.
Then filter the Sugar from impurities and dirt
After that bring the corn Starch and mixture it in water
And flows into the boiler
And then
Move it for a period not less than four hours Until the water evaporates
Next Put nuts after four hours of putting the starch
And Put rose water with saffron with the mixture
And Put Margarine , cardamom and saffron
Finally extracted from the boiler and place the mixture in large pot then Distributed in smaller Pots
And here it is Ready to Eat
Note:
Margarine is placed at intervals since putting water rose until extracted from the boiler
And of course it extracts initially in a large pot because they have reached the stage of ready to eat , and it can not be left inside the boiler due to the temperature or it will burn so it have to be extracts in a large bowl first and then distributed in smaller bowls and how people like .
Making This sweet takes between 4 - 4 and half hours non-stop moving the components and turned over together.
